Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing / Store

• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant

• Working Location: West & Central

• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 7.30am-5.30pm)

• Salary Package: Up to $2,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Attendance Allowance

• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, label, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to guidelines.

• Issue materials to production; sort and store items in assigned locations.

• Check labels and product details for accuracy; inspect goods for quality.

• Track inventory; report any discrepancies, shortages, or damage.

• Operate reach truck and pallet jack; carry out basic equipment care.

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized; follow safety procedures.

• Work with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines; other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Able to handle labeling, packing, and basic warehouse tasks; comfortable with repetitive work.

• Able to lift up to 15 kg and stand for long periods; available to work overtime when needed.

• Experience or license for reach truck/pallet jack is good to have.

• For West location: Company transport is provided at Boon Lay MRT, drop off at Joon Koon MRT
