• Position : Sales Coordinator/Admin (Customer Service)

• Location : Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from AMK MRT)

• Working hours : 5 days (Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + AWS+ 14 days Annual leave + Incentives

• Duration :Permanent

• Industry :Lighting

Main responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and field visits

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services

• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Requirement:

• Min O level

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
