Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing interior fit-out projects for commercial buildings

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met

• Prepare project schedules, track progress, and monitor site activities to ensure timely completion

• Handle documentation such as project reports, meeting minutes, drawings, and work schedules

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications and regulations

• Assist in procurement of materials and coordination of deliveries

• Provide support in cost monitoring, variation orders, and other project-related matters

• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, Civil, or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial building sector

• Knowledge of project coordination, site supervision, and fit-out work processes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (knowledge of project scheduling tools is an advantage)

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
