As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborate with department managers to address issues related to machinery, customers, and personnel.

• Initiate and coordinate the opening of work orders to fulfill job requests.

• Oversee and track the progress of ongoing work to ensure timely completion.

• Generate local purchase orders for external service requirements.

• Deliver after-sales support to both customers and internal teams.

• Allocate service personnel effectively to maximize resource utilization.

• Coordinate tasks assigned to subcontractors, ensuring proper execution.

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues as they arise.

• Ensure prompt closure of work orders and timely billing to customers.

• Provide technical support across all product lines.

• Participate in hiring, training, and development of new service staff.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any related field.
