ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
Housekeeping
· Greeting of guests and responding to guest's queries.
· Changing of bed linen and making beds.
· Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities such as shampoo and soap.
· Sweeping, mopping of floors and vacuuming of carpets.
· Dusting and polishing furniture.
· Emptying trash containers.
· Report any technical issues and maintenance needs to Housekeeping Supervisor.
· Updating status of guest rooms on assignment sheet.
· Returning and restocking cleaning cart at end of shift.
· Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms.
· Maintain and restock consumable supplies.
· Adhere to procedures and ensure all rooms inspected according to department standards.
· Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests such as extra bed and baby cot. Ensure personal hygiene and tidiness.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
· Performs and accomplishes any other task/s assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Education - Primary & above
· No experience needed, training will be provided
· Basic communication skills in English
· Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties
· Positive attitude and strong work ethics
· Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holiday
