Remuneration: Basic up to $6,000 + Transport Allowance $800 + Variable Bonus

Working Hours: Mon - Fri | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We’re looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team in the medical consumables industry. You’ll spearhead sales strategies, manage profitability, explore new markets, and nurture key client relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coach sales reps to smash targets and grow professionally

• Manage product lines and P&L for maximum profitability

• Discover and develop new markets beyond current clients

• Support Sales Manager with sales plans and monitor competitors

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients & solve complex issues

• Track sales, analyze data, and report to senior management

• Assist with sales forecasts and budgeting

• Stay updated on medical consumables & disposables industry trends

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field preferred

• 3+ years’ sales experience in medical device, healthcare or pharma

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Skilled in P&L management and financial analysis

• Experienced in product line management & market dynamics

• Proven track record of identifying & developing new business

• Strong knowledge of medical supplies in clinics, nursing homes, and retail

• Excellent communication, negotiation & team leadership skills

• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

• Must have own car for travel and client visits
