Responsibilities: 

• Manages all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build-out

• Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.

• Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality

• Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings

• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures

• Drive safety and sustainability

Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Architecture or equivalent.

• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in Site Co-ordination and Building Construction Work
