Responsibilities we will trust you with:
Execute tenancy and license agreements, collect guarantees, and ensure compliance with terms.
Take appropriate actions, including legal measures, against tenants/licensees for non-compliance, consulting the landlord beforehand.
Notify tenants/licensees of breaches of rules and regulations and ensure adherence to site regulations.
Process renewals, applications for alterations, and changes in tenancy promptly, ensuring compliance with guidelines and statutory regulations.
Oversee tenant-led activities, ensure premises are maintained during renovation, handle reinstatement, and conduct viewings for prospective tenants.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Prior experience in the field of Facilities Management is highly preferred, but fresh diploma/bachelor's graduates are welcome to apply.
A diploma in Real Estate, Building, Project & Facilities Management or equivalent is highly preferred.
Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills are required.
