Job Scope:

• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned projects to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.

• Work closely with team members and managers to address and resolve issues promptly.

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and represent their requirements on-site.

• Oversee daily team activities, demonstrating strong multitasking and time management skills.

• Prepare project budgets and other essential documents, ensuring accurate records are maintained in company databases.

• Collaborate effectively with managers and project participants, providing necessary technical support.

• Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions where necessary.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all technical queries are resolved in a timely manner.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Precision Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.

• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects.

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

• Strong understanding of customer requirements and ability to provide effective solutions.
