• Position : CAD Designer/Drafter (Fire & Alarm Systems)– Up to $3,300 + AWS

• Location : North East – Defu Industrial City  

• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + 14 Days Annual leaves + Medical Leaves

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Fire Safety Distributor & Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers with detailed drawings, sketches, and layouts using CAD.

• Prepare accurate Fire Protection/Alarm System plans and drawings.

• Ensure drawings meet site specifications and update modifications.

• Coordinate with HOD on drawing revisions and project installation prep.

• Create drawings and calculations for submissions.

• Maintain drawing records and reports.

• Attend site meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Auto/CAD / Revit.

• Nitec or Autodesk Revit or 3D Autocad Certificate with at least 1 year of drafting experience.

• Some relevant experience in the Construction / Fire Alarm drawings.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
