What We Offer:

• Basic Salary Up to $4,000

• Monthly Commission – No cap!

• Work Location: Toa Payoh

• Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00AM–6:30PM

• Weekend flexibility required – Events like open houses may fall on weekends occasionally

Your Role:

• Lead and manage the sales team to drive student enrolments

• Develop and follow up on new leads & outreach activities (campaigns, open houses, school visits, etc.)

• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets

• Monitor market trends & competitors to develop sharp sales strategies

• Ensure SSG compliance and internal policy adherence

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree holder

• Min. 1 year of relevant sales experience (education industry preferred)

• Strategic thinker with strong market insights

• Proven track record in sales & leadership

• Self-driven, passionate, and target-oriented

• Great personality, team player & independent contributor
