Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Operations
Provide guidance and leadership to the operational team
Manage operational and financial metrics to achieve productivity and cost targets
Ensure continuity of 24-7 business operations, manage exceptions, and mitigate disruption
Drive continuous improvements in operational processes to improve business efficiency and effectiveness
Timely submission of monthly management reports
Ensure compliance to Health, Safety and Environmental policies
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in operations and managing a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs)
