Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Marketing & Communications Executive to support service campaign initiatives. You’ll help develop impactful communication materials, manage campaign logistics, and turn data insights into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute service campaigns, including materials, activations, and roadshows.

• Provide design direction for marketing collaterals to communicate key messages clearly.

• Support project administration: take detailed minutes, coordinate logistics, and manage timelines.

• Perform data visualisation and analytics to extract and present customer insights.

Requirements:

• Singaporean

• Degree in a relevant field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise complex data into clear insights.

• Experience developing marketing or communication campaigns.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Skilled in digital design tools: Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut.

• Skilled in data analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Design Thinking or Service Design (e.g., user research, journey mapping).

• Familiarity with UI/UX design.

• Experience in the social sector.

• Workshop facilitation or stakeholder management experience.

Portfolio Requirement:
Submit 2–3 samples of your work, including:

1. At least 1 communications/campaign project with visual elements (e.g., EDMs, posters, illustrations).

2. At least 1 project showcasing research, analysis, or data synthesis (e.g., data insights report, analytics dashboard).
