About the Role:
We are a dynamic company with a growing presence in both online and offline retail channels. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Executive / Manager to lead and expand our modern trade retail and offline business. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, drive revenue growth, and ensure execution excellence across assigned channels.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute trade term negotiations and customer/channel-specific strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

· Manage operational aspects of trade campaigns, including planning, execution, monitoring, and performance analysis.

· Collaborate closely with e-commerce, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment of channel strategies.

· Plan and implement 4P strategies (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) with key retail partners to achieve sales targets.

· Conduct regular trade visits to monitor shelf availability, planogram compliance, and manage secondary displays.

· Lead and coordinate new product launches, including ATL and BTL marketing initiatives.

· Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement and decision-making.

· Undertake ad hoc projects to support business growth and operational improvements as required.

Job Requirements:

· Proven experience in modern trade key account management, preferably with major retailers such as Guardian and FairPrice.

· Strong understanding of e-commerce trade planning and sales forecasting.

· Experience with P&L management, target setting, and budgeting.

· Solid sales operations experience with the ability to manage daily trade activities effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with retail analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) is a plus.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.

· Valid Singapore driving license preferred.
