Job Responsibilities:
Enhance the hotel’s reputation by increasing positive guest reviews.
Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent service standards.
Manage and coordinate OTA (Online Travel Agency) bookings and ensure reservation accuracy.
Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.
Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or related supervisory role.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with OTA systems and reservation management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest feedback professionally.
Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Proficient in both English and Chinese; knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
Work Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day off per week)
