Roles and Responsibilities
Represent as a front line support staff
Handle patient registration, schedule appointments, and promote digital services
Assist and guide patients on the use of self-service kiosk/digital services
Provide frontline support for patients, including crowd control and responding to patient inquiries
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min. Diploma / N/O Level
Vaccinated with TDAP/MMR/ Covid/ VZV/ Hep B
