Location: Central

Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm

Duration: 6 months contract

Salary: Up to $3,800 per month 

Job Description:

• Review, validate and update client and transaction data to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Rectify data discrepancies by liaising with internal teams such as Relationship Managers / Assistant Relationship Managers, Middle Office, Compliance and Operation

• Maintain proper documentation of all data remediation efforts for audit and compliance purposes

• Assist in data retrieval / entry, documentation, and record-keeping to support business operations

• Perform quality checks to ensure data consistency across systems and reports

• Support process improvements to enhance data management and operational workflows

• Participate in various business projects, including regulatory reporting, system migrations and operational enhancements

• Assist in tracking and closing compliance-related issues, ensuring adherence to internal policies

• Provide support for project documentation, process mapping and stakeholder coordination

• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business/Accountancy/Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline

• 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, data entry, compliance supports, or similar roles (experience in Private Banking is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools

• Singaporeans only
