  • Engage directly with patients and their families by conducting intake interviews, performing financial assessments and providing necessary support

  • Assist Medical Social Workers in case management by offering translation services and accompanying patients

  • Collaborate with various departments to support patient care and enhance the overall patient experience.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental programme and projects.

  • Any other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Social Work
