We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join one of the most innovative Built Technology organizations in the APAC region. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with our Sales Manager to drive pre-sales and solution-selling initiatives. As a key member of our solutions team, you will be instrumental in understanding customer needs, crafting customized solutions, and showcasing the value of our AI-powered building management platform.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Architect and deliver bespoke solutions that align with customer objectives, leveraging our cutting-edge AI-driven building management system.
Pre-Sales Enablement: Support the sales cycle by developing compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Customer Engagement: Partner with clients to deeply understand their challenges, goals, and technical requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
Value Communication: Clearly articulate the business value, ROI, and competitive advantage of proposed solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of client solutions.
Requirements
5+ Years of Experience: Proven background in Solutions Architecture, ideally within the built environment or tech sectors.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with building management systems (BMS), AI/ML technologies, or related domains.
Strong Communicator: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Solution-Oriented Thinking: Ability to craft solutions that are not only technically sound but also aligned with client business goals.
Business Insight: Solid understanding of ROI, cost-benefit analysis, and business case development.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with BAS, BMS, SCADA, or other building management technologies.
Domain Experience: Insight into the built environment, real estate development, or facilities management.
Sales Expertise: Background in sales or pre-sales roles with knowledge of sales cycles and customer engagement best practices.
