Salary: Up to $3500 + VB

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Planning: Create and carry out age-appropriate lessons and activities that follow the required frameworks. Adapt classroom management and set up engaging learning spaces.

• Family & Community Engagement: Work closely with parents and the community. Use clear communication to build strong, supportive partnerships.

• Community Programs: Plan and lead outreach efforts to connect families with the Centre, supporting smooth learning and care from home to school.

• Daily Caregiving: Monitor and improve caregiving routines, making sure health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed.

• Staff Support & Growth: Guide and support junior educators, suggest ways to improve teaching, and help promote the Centre’s values and goals.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH), Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE), Early Childhood Studies (ECS), Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE), or Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education.
