We are a growing engineering and construction company in Singapore seeking a proactive and service-oriented Receptionist cum Admin to join our HR & Admin team. This role is vital in presenting a professional image of the company while supporting day-to-day administrative functions. Suitable for candidates who are organized, cheerful, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, site-integrated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reception duties including meet-and-greet of visitors, call transfers, and courier service coordination
Manage daily mail collection, stamping, and internal distribution
Maintain conference room setup and bookings
Provide support in events and company functions
Assist with inventory management (stationery, pantry, sundries)
Support the filing and archiving of HR documents
Assist in onboarding and repatriation procedures, including flight ticket bookings
Perform other general HR & Admin duties as assigned
Team’s Shared Responsibilities:
Corporate website updates
ISO procedures, audits, and documentation
SOP and workflow documentation
Building, asset, and vehicle management (inspections, road tax, repairs)
Project summaries, milestones, and track records
Upkeep of technical library
Pantry and conference room maintenance
Event planning
General safety and first aid
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Good command of spoken and written English
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Cheerful, responsible and able to work efficiently
Computer literate
