Requirements
Good knowledge in interior FIT out project management & technical detailing.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCad, MS Project
Proficient in English.
At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the Interiors Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.
Candidate must have initiative, responsible and can work independently.
Applicants must be willing to travel when required.
Willing to work long hours and weekend when required.
Responsibility
Take lead on project implementation and oversee site works progress to ensure successful completion.
To prepare and monitor project schedule, weekly site progress reports, as built drawings and etc.
Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship
Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods
Attend to architect/designer/client needs and requests;
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

General labor and workforce control.
