Learning and Development
· Provide end-to-end operational support for all learning & development initiatives e.g. course registration, monitoring and evaluation of training budgets and programs, coordinating programs, training grants administration, bond administration, training records, program evaluation etc.
· Coordinate and support in-house training program (e.g. logistical and F&B requirements, room layout, attendance etc.)
· Support the planning and implementation of Learning Management System (LMS)
· Monitor completion of mandated learning courses and identify lapses for enhancements
· Maintain accurate training records, including tracking, reporting, and responding to internal or government audit or training related surveys.
· Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
· 2 years' experience in L&D / HR Generalist or equivalent;
· Strong team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
· Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Competent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
· Ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary.
