IT Project Coordinator | Up to $5200 | Changi #5252 - #1108163

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Independently engage with vendors and system integrators for project implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Oversee and support vendors in providing production operations support for our services. Conduct privileged access reviews and coordinate regular Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)

• Act as the central point of contact for project information, sharing timely updates with stakeholders. Arrange and prepare materials for project meetings (reports, agendas, presentations) and document key decisions and action items

• Track project expenditures, manage maintenance contract renewals with vendors, and assist in drafting procurement papers for new projects or enhancements

• Coordinate and support testing of vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with specifications and quality standards. Assist in the formal acceptance process of these deliverables

• Apply basic Python or JavaScript skills to write simple testing codes (e.g., REST API calls), develop automation scripts, and troubleshoot data accuracy issues

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline

• Prefer experience in IT project coordination

• Vendor management skills with the ability to take initiative in technical management

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deal with challenges effectively

• Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript for testing and automation

• Familiarity with privileged access reviews and VAPT is a plus

Candidates without relevant experience but with a willingness to learn are welcome, training will be provided
