As Manager, Performance Management & Analysis, you will support the cards & loans businesses in review of & sharpen tracking of KPIs, identifying business & market trends, provide actionable insights to support decision making.
Responsibilities
• Analyze customer databases to segment and identify the different target cohorts to drive the portfolio growth and customer satisfactory
• Support the customer lifecycle segmentation, loyalty and retention programs of the Cards business with the use of the CRM/Loyalty tool.
• Automate the process to track the campaigns effectiveness.
• Support results tracking with defined KPIs for different marketing campaigns, in-depth analysis
• Work with product managers to optimize recommendations, perform cost-benefit analysis in the interest of cards & loans businesses.
• Establish and maintain datasets for ease of on-demand portfolio analytics
• Prepare regular management reports
Requirements:
• University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Analytics would be advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years’ experiences in database management and data analysis in an organization; or other relevant experience.
• Enjoys working with data and technology
• Excellent command of MS Access and MS Excel is a must, with ability to design complex series of queries to interrogate data.
• Skilled in using VBA, SAS, Power BI for report streamlining & automation
• Knowledge of Credit Cards & Unsecured Lending is an asset
• Knowledge in CRM, E-commerce & Loyalty is a plus
