Job Description & Requirements

• Perform all procurement activities, including sourcing, pre-qualification, managing tenders, negotiating supplier agreements, and preparing contracts.

• Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to support project and business needs.

• Ensure tender processing time is maintained and facilitate tender and contract negotiations by practicing cost-saving strategies.

• Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business outcomes.

• Proactively engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve operational issues and problems related to procurement operations.

• Ensure all activities comply with procurement policies, tender procedures, and finance policies to provide exceptional customer service.

• For senior role: Lead and work collaboratively with the procurement team to achieve aligned goals, fostering continuous improvement, compliance & innovation.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business or any Engineering field

- Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain Management, Business or any Engineering field

- 2 to 5 years working experienced
