We’re on the lookout for a hands-on CNC Lead with a solid background in robotics machinery to take charge of our high-performance CNC department. If you're a technical expert and natural leader who thrives on precision and innovation — we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee daily CNC machining operations, schedule jobs & resolve issues

• Provide technical guidance & mentorship to the CNC team

• Work closely with engineering & production to streamline processes

• Lead training initiatives to upskill your team

• Conduct inspections & ensure top-notch quality output

• Maintain documentation for machining activities & reports

• Support preventive maintenance of CNC & robotic equipment

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in a CNC lead/supervisory role (Trades & Services / Fitters / Machinists preferred)

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, robotics automation, and machine setup

• Proven leader who enjoys developing talent and improving team performance

• Able to read technical drawings & specs with precision

• Safety & quality-focused with great attention to detail

• Strong communicator & collaborator across departments
