As a Business Development Executive in recruitment, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, building long-term partnerships, and delivering recruitment solutions that meet workforce needs across the logistics, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing sectors. Your key responsibilities include:
Client Acquisition & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients through market analysis and networking.
Initiate contact via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure meetings.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
Conduct regular check-ins, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Solution Selling
Understand client hiring requirements and propose tailored recruitment strategies.
Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with recruiters to ensure timely and quality candidate placements.
Monitor recruitment progress and resolve client concerns promptly.
Reporting & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
What We’re Looking For
Diploma/Degree (Business-related fields preferred).
Experience in sales, client management, or BD is a plus—but we value attitude and drive just as much.
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Target-driven with the hunger to succeed.
Open to learning and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
