Job Responsibilities
Leading a team of lift engineers & specialists, you will manage the general lift matters of the Town Council such as ensuring the smooth operations of the lifts, planning for upgrading, general repair and maintenance of the lifts and managing queries related to the lift.
You will be responsible to coordinate the schedule for lift specialists and technicians to attend breakdowns; troubleshooting equipment faults and ferrying out preventive/ corrective actions and to perform inspection and testing of lifts. You will present the findings relating to breakdowns and maintenance of the lift to clients.
You will supervise contractors whenever necessary to carry out upgrading or improvement works.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Recognised degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / recognised qualifications with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Prior experience leading a team
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
5-day work week
