Overview of the role
The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resources functions, including HR business partnering, recruitment, process improvement, and HR system transformation. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can partner with stakeholders, manage end-to-end recruitment activities, and contribute to enhancing HR processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
General HR Responsibilities:
Partner with internal stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on HR matters, policies, and best practices to support business operations.
Execution of HR activities within assigned functional areas such as administration, documents collection and checking, data entry of employees’ detail into HRIS.
Support onboarding and offboarding process
Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions on HR services, systems, and policy updates.
Support training course registration and tracking
Handle payroll and local statutory reports and tax submission
Work collaboratively with HR on ensuring documentations, administrative processes are executed to the standard of requirement.
Contribute and support to the development and execution of the HR roadmap.
Support ad-hoc HR projects as assigned.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
Publish job postings and manage advertisements across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.
Coordinate with hiring departments to align recruitment strategies with business needs and track recruitment outcomes.
Source candidates through various channels such as online portals, social media, job fairs, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
Strengthen recruitment channels and build networks to support talent acquisition initiatives.
Oversee onboarding processes by coordinating with line managers, HR teams, and other departments.
Track and report recruitment and onboarding metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.
Prepare and present salary proposals aligned with internal compensation frameworks.
Facilitate hiring documentation and ensure records are approved and properly maintained.
Support and participate in recruitment-related events and employer branding initiatives.
Prepare recruitment reports and support ongoing talent acquisition projects.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR processes, familiar with recruitment, F&B/Hospitality background is an advantage.
Solid understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and other relevant labour regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset and business acumen to partner effectively with business and HR teams.
Prior experience in high-volume or non-executive hiring is an advantage.
