The Opportunity:

• Our client, a MNC Semiconductor Company
• Location: Woodlands
• Salary: Up to $5500
• Working hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Optimize and Standardize NPI Processes
• Lead workshops and training to promote adoption of new processes and tools.
• Track and report KPIs to assess planning efficiency

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in NPI planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, preferably in a high-tech or regulated industry.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Experience in project management tools
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
