JOB DESCRIPTION
Liaising with the Client, Consultant, Site Management and Property Owners to ensure that work is carried out smoothly with minimal inconvenience caused.
To deal with requests and handling complaints, conflicts and feedback pertaining to the project. (E.g. From the Public, Site Management and/or Property Owners).
Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
Prepare and establish yearly Public Relations plan, weekly/monthly engagement reports.
Ensuring that work carried out at the site is in accordance with the requirements by the Management or Property Owners.
Coordinate with clients, residents, government bodies and any party as directed.
Preparing and sending annexes, letters, or reports to the relevant Authorities as and when needed.
Ensure that notices are put up at the sites to keep the public informed of the works being carried out.
Ensure proper filling for all documents.
Perform daily administrative support, document control, Tracking and timely response relating to the Project Team and Sites' Operations.
Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Diploma or Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience working in a PRO in Construction industry. (PUB project’ working experience would be an added advantage).
A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
Good command in English and excellent communication skills, bi-lingual preferred (verbal and written).
Well-groomed & presentable, Independent, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.
Meticulous and attentive to details, positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently/team.
Willing to work under fast paced environment, and under pressure.
Good interpersonal skill and ability to interact effectively with people of all levels.
PC literate and knowledge in MS Office.
