Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Location: Lorong Chuan
Job Responsibilities:
Draft, update, and organize internal policies and procedural documents
Prepare and manage documentation for audits and certifications.
Support audit preparation by compiling and managing required compliance files
Ensure internal practices align with relevant legal, quality, and regulatory standards
Support cross-border communication to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information
Act as a point of contact between local office and regional headquarters for operational and policy-related matters
File and manage corporate documentation in an organized and secure manner
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by department supervisors
Assist in basic HR functions and provide general office and operations support, such as maintaining employee records, preparing HR-related reports, supporting recruitment activities, and onboarding/offboarding processes
Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred
Familiar with basic HR processes and company operational structures
Proficient in Microsoft Office, good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
