• Supervise project schedule, monitor progress, and resolve issues to keep the project on track.

• Review project plans and guide drafters in preparing mechanical and piping drawings.

• Control project plans by assessing design changes and recommending actions.

• Coordinate safety compliance, including work permits and toolbox meetings with safety officers.

• Assist Project Manager with tender preparation, budget estimation, and cost allocation.

• Manage vendors and suppliers during commissioning and testing phases.

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and enforce company policies.

• Conduct Toolbox meetings and prepare status reports.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting P&ID and PFD drawings for site work.

• Skilled at understanding engineering plans, including piping and pipe support layouts, equipment layouts, and mechanical installation plans.

• Must be able to understand Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Taiwanese clients and vendors.
