Job Duties:

• Conduct telemarketing and business development activities to establish strong client accounts.

• Manage client accounts by building and strengthening relationships.

• Understand clients' hiring needs and requirements

• Qualify candidates and arrange interviews.

• Meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction with professional service through pre and post sales.

• Other ad-hoc duties applied
   

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required.

• Keen to learn, positive attitude and ability to work independently.

• Sales-oriented with a strong service-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
