About the role
As the Administrative Coordinator (Sales & Materials) at Great Year Industries Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing critical administrative and organizational support to sales and materials procurement. This is a full-time position based in the Tagore Industrial Estate.
Jobscope:
Providing administrative support to the sales and materials management teams, including managing calendars.
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of sales quotation and project warranties.
Maintaining and updating customers and suppliers databases for completeness of records.
Coordinating orders, tracking and distribution of office and operational supplies.
Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and escalating issues as necessary.
Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role. Fresh Graduates are welcomed.
Strong organizational management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proficiency in using office productivity software, such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe.
Strong problem-solving skills, with proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Meticulous in detail and maintaining accurate records and data.
Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.
