Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour
Work Type: 6-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 3,300 per month
 
What you will be working on?

• Execute comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation activities for Workday, focusing on employee records across multiple data fields including educational qualifications, professional certifications, learning and development records as well as other relevant data fields.
• Conduct thorough verification of employee information through:
  a. Direct engagement with staff to validate data accuracy
  b. Cross-referencing existing records against source documents
  c. Identifying and resolving data discrepancies
• Any other duties allocated from time to time

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource/Information Technology with at least 1 year of working experience.
• Experience in Workday would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
