Logistics Coordinator (ISO import & export/permit declaration/West) - #1107811

Responsibilities:

·        Handle Tank Container (TC)'s import, export and arrangements for all ISO Tank customers.

·        Update TCS and an allocation for TC booking update for new booking.

·        Arrange customs clearance of import empty ISO tank from PSA port to depot yard for storage, Stock control and monitoring with depot yard and update system.

·        Give instruction to depot for cleaning and maintenance and get ready return import empty ISO tank to be used for export.

·        Booking with Carriers of ISO tank & allocate/truck ISO tanks for export shipment for customers.

·        Prepare PM4 (DG declaration) to shipping carrier for approval of DG status and monitor for DG approval.

·        Prepare HBL draft, Certificate of Origin draft for customer checking and approval and issue origin Prepare MBL draft to be submitted to shipping carrier.

·        Approved payment voucher for sub-contractors, carrier and overseas agent invoices billings to customers and timely and month closing.

·        Back up co-ordination for ISO Tank Crossborder & Sea shipments.

·        Any other duties allocated by Superior.

Requirements:

·        Possess permit declarant cert/permit declaration experience

·  Must have ISO Tank Container (TC) import and export experience. Have experience in Shipping booking with ISO tanks carrier, can prepare PM4 (DG cargo declaration), House Bill of Lading (HBL) and Master Bill of Lading (MBL).

·        Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently

·        Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

·        Customer Service oriented
