Events Executive - #1107810

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects single-handedly and/or as a team, including managing of project budgets and liaising with vendors
• Work with partners and stakeholders to support and co-ordinate event preparation and operations
• Provide secretariat support to working committee(s)
• Manage crisis and develop contingency plans
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent
• Candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience in event management preferred; applicants will be considered for junior or senior roles based on years of relevant experience
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, with good written and verbal communication skills to work with both English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders. A good command of English is preferred
• Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Able to work under tight deadlines and perform under stress
• Willing to work occasional weekends when required
