Regional Business Development Manager -SEA (Singapore) - #1107771

Position Summary
The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth across Southeast Asia by identifying opportunities, managing key regional accounts and building strong client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of international freight forwarding services (air, sea, 3PL) and the ability to align customer needs with Everok’s service capabilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment and possess strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional stakeholders in sourcing, supply chain, and operations.

• Analyze clients’ logistics needs to identify growth opportunities across air, sea, and 3PL services.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales goals and align with country-level directives.

• Onboard and manage global key accounts, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed targets related to revenue, volume, and profitability.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer profiles, including trade lane volumes.

• Lead client engagements, including RFQs, solution rollouts, performance reviews, and trainings.

• Collaborate with Country Heads to resolve service issues, claims, and AR matter.

What Will Make You Successful：

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in a regional role.

• Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with stakeholders across the region.
