Key Responsibilities:
Assist Sales Team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and proposals
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., production, design, logistics, marketing) to coordinate timely order fulfilment
Prepare export-related documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)
Update and maintain sales databases and trackers
Handle supermarket (FMCG) sales admin work such as updating listings, processing PO, and preparing for store campaigns
Ensure accuracy in pricing, delivery schedules, and document flow
Coordinate with drivers, operations, and warehouse to ensure smooth delivery
Support in preparing presentation materials or sales reports when needed
Perform other administrative duties as required to assist the sales and marketing teams
Requirements:
Min. 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, export documentation, or admin support
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Knowledge of Food, FMCG or export documentation is a strong plus
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
