The Role

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business development, sales, and marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of AI and Industry 4.0 while working closely with our team to drive business growth and brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Develop a strong foundation in company products and services to support sales and marketing efforts.

  • Assist in creating sales presentations, pitch decks, and proposals.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align business development efforts with promotional campaigns.

  • Work on marketing collaterals for company products and dedicated events.

  • Manage and optimize the company’s LinkedIn page, exploring new avenues to expand brand reach and engagement.

  • Brainstorm and implement innovative business growth, sales, and marketing strategies.

  • Analyze key performance metrics and contribute to strategic business planning.

  • Participate in meetings and pitches with potential partners and clients, taking notes and following up on action items.


Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic Canva/Photoshop.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong foundation in Business Development, B2B Lead Generation, and Market Analysis.

  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Advanced Manufacturing.

  • Familiar with the Semiconductor Industry and Manufacturing Sector.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, and Photoshop for content creation and presentation.

  • Experience with Content Management and Lead Generation Strategies.

  • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
