Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with departments to identify required competencies and manage recruitment processes.
• Proactively source candidates through various outreach channels such as job fairs and employer branding events.
• Assist in implementing HR analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation and work pass applications/cancellations.
• Identify competency gaps and recommend suitable training programs.
• Maintain training records and support training administration including registration, payments, and subsidy submissions.
• Serve as secretariat for ESG initiatives.
• Process monthly payroll, timesheets, staff claims, government allowances, and prepare month-end payroll reports.
• Manage office and facility administration including cleaning services and canteen operations.
• Ensure canteen sanitation complies with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing.
