About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES'. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our facilities located in the Changi Airport East Region in Singapore. This is a full-time position that will require you to be on-site to manage and coordinate the activities of our staff.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative and support staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Develop and implement effective operational procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain well-stocked and organised workspaces
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns raised by employees or clients
• Liaise with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration across the organisation
• Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance the overall efficiency of our operations
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff to support their professional development

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar floor management or administrative supervisory role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff at all levels
• Proficient in the use of office software such as Microsoft Office suite
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices
• Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations
