Central Kitchen Assistant - #1107579

We are looking for a passionate Central Kitchen Assistant to join our central kitchen team! We are searching for a motivated team player with a passion for quality, to support our central kitchen in producing delicious desserts, juice and snacks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide key support to our baking production team by precisely preparing and measuring ingredients for our central kitchen and affiliated brands.

• Operate specialized equipment, such as ice cream and juice machinery, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness for all workstations and tools.

• Ensure consistent quality control in all stages of food production, including safe and hygienic preparation and storage of food items.

• Monitor ingredient inventory and participate in month-end inventory stock take.

• Follow our hygiene standards and workplace safety rules to maintain a clean and organized central kitchen.

• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work on weekends (5 days work week).

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast paced environment.

• Great team player who can communicate well with team members.

• Physically fit - long standing hours and carry heavy loads.
