KEY ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Verifying receiving and issuing paperwork for accuracy in accordance to establish procedures
Maintaining good housekeeping and cleanliness in the area. Comply to all HSE policies and procedures
To perform part preservations on semi finish material so as to prevent from dent, dings and rust
Perform the assigned logistics works e.g. cargo reception, inspection, pick & pack, inventory control, etc, in accordance with SOP / Instruction given / etc.
Coordinate with internal and external parties as required by SOP/instruction/etc.
Proactively participate in Business Excellence Program of the company.
As per duties will be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Forklift License/Certification if applicable
ESSENTIAL EDUCATIONAL AND / OR TRAINING QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATES
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
1 years of working experience or more in logistics industry required
NECESSARY TECHNICAL / FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
Forklift License
Effective communication
Good to have Lifting Supervisor Certificate
Able to perform without/less supervision
Able to handle overlength pipes, stuffing/unstuffing
REQUIRED BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
Attention to details – follows procedure accurately and carefully and completes report or other documents accurately.
Communication – able to express clearly, to listen and understand effectively (instruction & feedback).
