What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for BMS and ELV projects, from initiation to completion

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to senior management

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and the company's internal policies

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional development

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and drive innovation

What we're looking for

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the Engineering industry, with a focus on BMS and ELV projects

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of BMS and ELV systems, as well as project management best practices

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, while delivering high-quality results

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
