We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Electrical) to lead and deliver large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring all works meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and deliver electrical projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications

• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and procurement activities

• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities

• Review and approve technical drawings, material submissions, and method statements

• Monitor work progress, resolve technical and operational issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards

• Mentor and guide project teams to achieve performance and delivery goals

• Prepare project reports, claims, and documentation for management and client review

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in managing electrical projects, with at least 3 years in a senior management capacity

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial, industrial, or infrastructure electrical projects

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
