Outlet Setup, Renovation and Maintenance:

Support and coordinating outlets setup and renovation activities.
Ensure projects are completed within the specified timeline.
Liaise with contractors and vendors to address outlet maintenance needs and equipment issues.

Operations and Audits Compliance and Feedback:

Conducting outlet audits, focusing on housekeeping and operational standards.
Address and resolve non-conformance issues identified during audits with Operations Team.
Assist in managing emails and customer feedback, working closely with the Operations Team to ensure timely resolution.
Follow-up with HQ/Franchisees outlet to resolve Outlets M&E and Machine related-issues.
