Inside Sales Specialist - #1107414

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue timely sales quotations.

• Manage daily order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination.

• Consolidate customer demand and prepare accurate sales forecasts.

• Review contracts and relay key requirements to internal teams.

• Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and finance team.

• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal departments.

• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.

• Participate in internal and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of inside sales, order management, or customer support experience

• Experience in metal manufacturing or distribution, precision engineering and Oil & Gas industries

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Excel; Oracle experience is a plus
